All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or directly handle credit card information.
Refunds: Refunds are available for events and sessions if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations: Payments for sessions canceled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
If an event or session is canceled by us, a full refund or credit will be provided.
6. Donations and Pay-What-You-Can Offerings
For offerings provided on a donation or “pay-what-you-can” basis, payments are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, videos, meditations, courses, and materials—is the intellectual property of Matrix Interface LLC (Skip Sumbera) unless otherwise stated.
