Who Are You Beneath the Noise?
Who are you without the old stories, emotions, and beliefs?
We have a tendency to unconsciously carry the past with us into the present moment. We let these old stories, emotions, and beliefs define who we are, shape the future we expect, and mistake them for the truth.
But what if this idea of who you are is not the truth? What if who you are lies deeper beneath the noise of thoughts, emotions, and beliefs?
It's only when we bring our attention fully into this moment, opening to and accepting whatever thoughts and emotions are present, that we begin to recognize what lies beneath the noise.
